Shipping & Handling

We currently ship to most countries using the fastest and most reliable couriers available, including regional and local postal partners.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed during promotional events, holidays, or limited edition launches may require additional time.


Order Tracking

To track your order:

  1. Locate your order number, tracking number, or use your email address.

  2. Visit our Tracking Page.

  3. Enter the required information and click “Track”.

You’ll be able to view real-time updates on your shipment’s status.

Shipping Fees

A flat rate of R$56,00 may apply to international orders, unless stated otherwise at checkout. This includes both shipping and handling costs.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Times

We currently offer COD shipping in select countries. Estimated delivery times:

COD orders may incur an estimated fee of up to R$56,00, depending on location.


Customs, Duties & Delays

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to customs clearance

  • Local postal disruptions, strikes, or natural occurrences

  • Additional customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or other charges imposed after shipment

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a free replacement.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via our Contact Form within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The external packaging

  3. Return the damaged item to the return address provided by our support team.

We will inspect the return and process a replacement as quickly as possible.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  • Double-check your shipping address and mailbox.

  • Contact the local carrier (using tracking number).

  • Reach out to our support team at support@shopzenith.com. We'll help investigate and resolve the issue.
