30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that one of the following conditions applies:

  • (a) The product arrived damaged or the packaging was compromised;

  • (b) The item is defective or malfunctioning;

  • (c) You received the wrong product;

  • (d) You changed your mind and wish to return the product.

This policy only applies to physical products purchased directly on ShopZenith.com. If you purchased from a third-party vendor, please refer to their return policies.

How to Return a Product – Step by Step

Step 1 – Contact Us

Submit a request via our Contact Form within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return

Step 2 – Wait for Our Response

Our customer support team will respond within 3 business days. If your request qualifies, you will receive:

  • A link to the Return Form

  • Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • The return address

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Unregistered returns may be rejected.


Step 3 – Prepare Your Return

Repack the product securely in the original packaging (if applicable), and place the printed RMA form on the outside of the parcel.

  • Non-defective items must be in original, unused condition.

  • For defective items, please coordinate with our support team for special handling.


Step 4 – Ship the Package & Submit Tracking

Send the return using a trackable shipping method (e.g., registered mail or courier).
Then, complete your RMA form with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

Returns without a tracking number may be refused.


Step 5 – Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.


Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior RMA approval will not be accepted.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not returned in original condition or received after the 30-day window.
